STRICTLY: No late ticket pick up or admittance. Guests are expected to be polite to the box office staff at all times and to take the tickets that they are offered without asking for changes. Guests must adhere to and respect the covid safety in place at the Venue. All tickets are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the Manager and subject to standard showfilmfirst.com terms and conditions. Do not contact the venue directly, if you need support contact help@showfilmfirst.com. SFF vouchers/tickets are non transferable and ID may be requested in same name as on ticket.

All barcoded vouchers are issued as single tickets. If you order more than one ticket, every ticket must be printed or shown on your phone for entry.

Each voucher has a unique barcode. Only the first scan will be accepted — duplicates will be denied.

Bring ID matching the name on your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.

Seats vary from front row to mosh pit — we don’t control placement. Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll try to keep groups together, but it’s not guaranteed.

It depends on the event — usually between 2 and 6 tickets per booking.

Sometimes we’ll send venue e-tickets or specify an alternate pickup point in your offer email.

Yes — please encourage them to apply! But don’t discuss SFF or ticket costs at events, as you may be seated next to full-price ticket holders.

No, membership is free. You only pay a small admin fee per event you attend.

No minimum or maximum duration — stay as long as you like. You can cancel anytime. Membership may be revoked if our code of conduct isn’t followed.

Please cancel as soon as possible so others can use the tickets. Failure to cancel or no-shows may result in suspension.
